Restorz-It is very easy to apply. You simply wipe it on with a soft cloth (athletic sock) and let dry overnight. There is very little prep-work involved before hand. You do need to clean your cabinets first. We recommend Restorz-It Natural Wood Cleaner for pre-cleaning. Another cleaner that can be used is Simple Green. Do not use Murphy's Oil Soap or any cleaner that leaves a residue. Rinse well.

If you have rough areas or finish that is flaking, buff with #0000 steel wool before applying. Apply two coats if a lot of the finish is missing or water damaged.
